Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Capriesemurray Tree Service works and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Capriesemurray Tree Service Is

Capriesemurray Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, tree trimming, or any other tree service.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be sent to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Capriesemurray Tree Service for the calls, form submissions, or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Business

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Capriesemurray Tree Service. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices, and terms
• The quality, safety, and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. You are welcome to ask questions, check insurance, request a written quote, and compare other quotes before you choose.

About Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification, and billing.
