How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Capriesemurray Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Capriesemurray Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Capriesemurray Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@capriesemurray.monster and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
